Orders
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 pm IST on a working day go out the same day. Otherwise within 24–48 hours. You will get a tracking link by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been collected by the courier yet, we can usually change or cancel it.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment — we ship across India only.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. The price you see includes all applicable taxes.

Are your LED candles safe around children?
Yes. There is no flame, no hot wax and nothing to relight, which is precisely why many customers switch to them. They still contain batteries and small parts, so keep them out of reach of very young children.
Will the steam grooming brush work on my dog?
Yes — it is designed for both cats and dogs and works across most coat types.
Colours say “mixed” or “random” — can I choose?
On a few items the colour is supplied at random, and the product page says so. If a specific colour matters to you, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is in stock.
Returns
What is your return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packaging. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email primerouteagencies@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full and cover the return shipping.
Still stuck?
Email primerouteagencies@gmail.com. A person replies, usually the same day.
