Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Usually 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, a flat ₹40 shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

For hygiene reasons, pet grooming tools and personal grooming items can't be returned once opened or used — unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Email primerouteagencies@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right promptly.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Yes — it's designed for both cats and dogs and suits most coat types.

On a few items the colour supplied may differ from the photographs, and the product page says so. If a specific colour matters to you, email us before ordering and we'll check what's available.
