Shipping
Dispatch. Orders placed before 2 pm IST on a working day leave our Nashik warehouse the same day. Everything else is dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Delivery time. Once dispatched, expect roughly 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–8 working days elsewhere in India. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
Cost. Shipping is free on orders over ₹499. Below that, a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no charges added after that point.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
Where we ship. Across India only, at present.
Returns
Window. You have 7 days from delivery to start a return.
Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with any accessories that came in the box.
Exceptions. For hygiene reasons, personal grooming items cannot be returned once used. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email primerouteagencies@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. You do not need to argue the case.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few working days to appear.
