Shipping

Where we ship. Across India.

Dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges. Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, a flat ₹40 shipping charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Cash on Delivery. COD is available on eligible orders. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Delays. We do our best to deliver on time, but delays caused by courier partners, weather or other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally happen.

Returns

Window. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Not eligible for return. Items damaged through misuse or improper handling, items returned more than 7 days after delivery, and items without their original packaging.

Hygiene items. For hygiene reasons, pet grooming tools (such as brushes and steam brushes), personal grooming items and baby care products can't be returned once opened or used. This doesn't affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email primerouteagencies@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer — please share your bank details when you request the return.

How to start a return

Email primerouteagencies@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
