Dispatch: orders placed before 2 pm IST leave our Nashik warehouse the same working day. Everything else goes out within 24–48 hours.
Delivery: typically 3–5 working days for metros and 5–8 working days for the rest of India, once dispatched.
Cost: free shipping on orders over ₹499. Below that, a flat shipping charge is calculated at checkout before you pay.
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Returns & exchanges
If something is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to start a return.
Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with any accessories that came in the box. For hygiene reasons, personal grooming items cannot be returned once used.
Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — the return shipping is on us.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item reaches us.
